PNB Metlife - Chief Manager - Business Development - eCommerce Segment

Key Responsibilities :

- Identifying, discovering and exploring business opportunities in the e-commerce and fintech space for PNB MetLife

- Study competitor activities & formulate strategies to garner market share

- Working closely with different internal teams (marketing, product, legal, compliance and finance) to ensure potential partnerships are effectively resourced and integrated

- Must have the strategic vision to build from cold contacts and drive company's agenda forward

Measures of Performance :

- Number of partners on-boarded

- Volume of business generated from partners

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development role

Knowledge and skills desired :

- Well groomed, should have good communication skills

- Good networking and Relationship Management skills

- Should be able to deliver under pressure situations.

- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment.

- Ability to access information technology applications to improve current business environment.
