PMO Strategy Role - Omni Channel Retail Startup

Job Responsibilities :

1. Oversee project planning, implementation, and smooth handover within defined timelines and budgetary constraints.

2. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and conduct risk management analysis to reduce project risks.

3. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and share comprehensive project plans with clients and stakeholders..

4. Support the DY. CEO on special projects involving strategy, organization, operations, or performance management.

5. Performance Management: Implement a performance management system to monitor, evaluate, and enhance employee performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.

6. Drive end-to-end alignment and operating rhythm to identify and communicate obstacles in all areas, ensuring effective management and visibility.

7. Oversee comprehensive program management, addressing risks, dependencies, issues, and concerns across Business, Product, Technology, People, Support, and other relevant areas with robust mitigation and contingency plans.

8. Assist executives in decision-making, program management, and the execution of organization-level initiatives.

9. Contribute to establishing the organization's roadmap and oversee key initiative development.

10. Take ownership of specific projects, defining issues, developing plans, conducting analysis, presenting results, and overseeing implementation in collaboration with line managers.

11. Collaborate with the senior team, investors, and industry experts to update and clarify the organization's vision and strategy.

12. Perform any other related duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.

Ideal Candidate Attributes :

- Master's degree in a Business Administration and Batchelor's degree in Tech.

- Proven experience (X years) in project management, with significant exposure to PMO functions and methodologies.

- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Budget : 6 LPA - 15 LPA
