PMO Role - Strategy & Execution - Finance & Risk Operations

Business/ Department Objectives:

Act like a Consultant to FRO organization, and have a deep strategic understanding of FRO initiatives and management programs - Global thinking and local execution

Develop strong working partnerships across all functional areas to effectively manage and implement Finance & Risk Operations (FRO) strategy, migration, project management, and reengineering initiatives

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal and external reporting to senior management

Provide project management support for FRO migrations and new project implementations

Lead and coordinate FRO Management Programs

Ad hoc Center Management Reporting

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Organize Project Meetings

Prepare Summary and Agenda for Project Meetings

Prepare Project Dashboard

Upload Project Documents on SharePoint

Coordinate inputs from Regional Process Leads to drive various Management Programs

Support the FRO Mumbai Center Head with Management Operating Review (MOR) Presentations, ad hoc reports, administration, compliance, risk, presentations and communications

Skills (Required):

Manage and deploy initiatives by influence

Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions and demos

Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management, portfolio management and Microsoft Office Tools
