PMO Role - Banking/Financial Services

In this role, you will:

- Identify, research, and resolve data issues relating to EMRD program

- Collaborate to design key performance indicators and maturity metrics to track progress toward target state

- Support data management routines (e.g. Business arrangements, 3rd party management, etc.)

- Perform analysis on external spend and invoicing for the program

- Drive coordination of staffing activities, tracking management approvals, and hiring against planned targets

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support program objectives (e.g., financial analyses, data research, etc.)

- Provide input into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and experienced leaders

- Create standard templates for intake of requests coming from various stakeholders

- Ensure process standardization to drive consistency across products

Required Qualifications, International:

- Overall experience of 8+ years in project/data management area

- 4+ years of Project Management, Business Financial Analysis, Analytics, Data Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Extensive experience preparing executive level presentations with MS PowerPoint (4+ years)

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and achieve results

- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including senior leadership/management

- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

Desired Qualifications:

- 3+ Financial services industry experience

- 2+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both

- 2+ years of experience with JIRA
