- To plan, manage and execute identified cross-functional strategic projects in line with approved budget, time, quality guidelines and the project management methodologies.

- To prepare the project plan and identify the project deliverables of the project in order to ensure that the project is in alignment with the project sponsor

- Drive and execute the identified projects as per the project plan, deliverables and the project management methodologies

- Track the outcomes and benefits

- Mentor the functional project managers on the project management tools and techniques to enable them to execute their departmental projects as per the project management methodologies
