- Global SME for Planview Enterprise One
- Work with stakeholders and teams across the organization, globally.
- Perform as lead Planview Enterprise One System Administrator for Services; Be the Single Point of Contact with the vendor for support, and troubleshoot issues and outages; Respond to requests received by functional user(s) in timely manner
- Work with Program and Project managers to establish and set up new projects in the PPM system (Planview); Support Program and Project Managers with system administration as requested
- Support Resource managers on the utilization of resource management capabilities in Planview
- Generate and report dashboards to management; Liaise across functions to audit project data, share relevant information and align on processes and controls
- Build technical documentation, manuals and IT policies; Educate team members on how to use Planview Enterprise One, hosting training and onboarding sessions for new users
- Assist PM COE leaders with ongoing Project Office operations and reporting
- Produce standardized materials for required review meetings, Concept Intake, Portfolio Governance
- Develop templates for use inside and outside of the PPM tool as required
- Stage Gate compliance validation and meeting management
- Other activities as required Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience preferably in a PMO structured environment.
- Planview Enterprise One or other industry standard PPM enterprise tool administration expertise required, prior direct Planview administrator experience is Ideal
