Role Expectation Primary areas of responsibility:

Desired traits

- Should have 5-7 years of experience in program management, setting up industry standard governance models and vendor management.

- Manage Steering committee meeting, Preparation of meeting agenda, publishing MOM- s, tracking of pending action items, preparing risk and issue log, action log and Resource time tracking & management

- Preparing project plans in consultation with all stakeholders.

- Skilled in interactions with various internal & external stakeholders, facilitate requirements gathering, UAT testing

- Work with technology, business & operations teams for collating requirements.

- Ensure onetime quality delivery from vendor or internal IT team. Prepare & Present findings to management team

Technical Skills - Desirable - Should have experience in project management tools like MS projects, JIRA, Share point project management and work flows

- Preferred - PMI/Prince2 certified

- Effort sizing optimization & Risk Management

- Measuring IT efficiency & quality tracking
