PMO & Business Finance Role - Real Estate

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Efficiently manage multiple projects, monitor progress and ensure completion with timeliness.

2. Target v/s achievement analysis.

3. Deep dive into variance to understand reasons and publish the same.

4. Mobilize and coordinate efforts between business teams and project stakeholders.

5. Being proactive in raising items requiring the attention of the leadership team.

6. Creating relevant models for planning and tracking performance.

7. Bringing out key business insights across functions, be it revenue generation, operations or customer fulfilment.

8. Financial modelling, variance analysis, business presentations and report generation.

9. Working with cross functional teams across locations.

10. Assist in developing business finance function.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. CA/Post Graduation in Finance.

2. At least 5 years of experience.

3. People person with excellent communication skills.

4. Prior experience in Project Management and Business Finance.
