Job Description:

The PMO Analyst is a key contributor to the Project Management Office (PMO) under the President, providing essential analysis, reporting, and administrative support for various projects and programs. This role ensures the efficient execution of project management processes, playing a vital part in the overall success of organizational initiatives.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced management graduate to fulfil the role of PMO Analyst, responsible for tracking projects under the President's Office. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the President's office and other stakeholders, monitoring, tracking, and reporting project statuses to the President. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting the Marketing team with event coordination and logistics as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Governance - Assist in the development and maintenance of project governance standards and processes.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Documentation and Documentation Management:

- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

- Ensure documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

- Assist in the creation and management of project templates.

Communication:

- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective communication channels.

Risk and Issue Management:

- Support the identification, assessment, and documentation of project risks and issues.

- Monitor and report on the status of risk and issue management activities.

Event Coordination:

- Support the Marketing team in event-related coordination.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful events aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
