- MBA (or equivalent) + 3-5 years of work experience

- Experience in working with a political consulting firm or political parties for designing political campaigns, strategy and messaging for political parties & governments approaching elections

- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

- Attention to Detail

- Self-Motivated

- Creative Problem-Solving Skills

These project based roles are for consulting project with for campaign for a Government Agency and a political party in Uttar Pradesh keeping in view UP Assembly Elections 2022. The scope shall include the following:

- Create campaign modules for outreach to people / voters in Uttar Pradesh to showcase the achievements / failures of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh & Govt. of India for each community / category of voters

- Execute campaign modules within very short turnaround time with maximum impact on the ground and target relevant voter segments to participate in campaign activities and modules as per created plan

- Analyze data, prepare reports and insights of past election data, campaign responses and modules and design effective responses in discussion with the client.
