JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines.
- Meeting up with existing clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect.
- Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connects programs etc.
- Hands on Presentation
- Prepare various reports related to event files.
- Interact and lead production team to ensure effective execution of the event.
- Generating new business from customers.
- Producing detailed proposals for event time lines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets.
- Managing large budget event campaigns.
- Finding suitable and commercially viable venues for events.
- Working with marketing teams to publicize events.
- Sourcing high quality hosts and entertainers.
- Need relevant event experience and capability to generate business/key accounts)
CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION :
- Hands on experience in planning and managing events.
- Excellent communication, multitasking skills and problem solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal skill & ability to handle high pressure situations
- Experience servicing clients, running operations, some design sense and street smartness
- Ability to lead n develop internal teams
- Has had exposure to Corporate Events (at least on National level)
- Decent and pleasing personality
- Sales Background with Client Servicing
- Good Power Point & Excel Skills.
