PM - eGovernance Advisory - Big4

We have an opening with our Reputed Client Leading Big 4 MNC.

Position: Project Manager - eGovernance Advisory (Contractual)

Location: Patna

Profile:

- Experience in successful Project Management of atleast 2 large-scale eGovernance projects in India (preference for candidates with experience in any of the Mission Mode Projects (MMPs) under National eGovernance Plan (NeGP))

- Excellent analytical skills, ability to think strategically across multiple dimensions and apply structured thinking, problem solving methodologies and management frameworks across all projects.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensuring completion of engagement activities within the planned timelines

- Open to travel (upto 50%) within the State of deployment

- Strong understanding of National eGovernance Plan (NeGP) of India and the key Mission Mode Projects (MMPs)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Expertise in MS-Power Point and Excel

Education:

- B.Tech / B.E / MCA AND MBA (or any equivalent full time management program of at least 12 months) from reputed educational institutes. Candidates with additional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISA, Six Sigma black belt, Prince2 will be preferred.

- Experience Requirements: More than 7 years of total experience, with minimum 3 years of experience in IT Consultancy (Preferably in eGovernance areas) with Management Consulting / IT companies in India

- Key Skills: Conceptualization of e-Governance Initiatives, Business Process Re-engineering, Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and RFPs, Bidding Process Management, Design of SLA framework, Project Management and Project Monitoring.
