- We are a boutique advisory and investment banking outfit established in 2018 by people having decades of experience across multiple facets of Infrastructure and Real Estate segments.

- Within Infrastructure, we have advised across Transportation, Power, Renewable Energy, Urban Infra, Manufacturing Industries, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Mining & Affordable Housing segments. We have deep understanding and first-hand insight into various Public Private Partnership (PPP) structures.

- We have firsthand insight and perspective of the Indian debt market and of various debt products like project finance for BOT projects, project term loan, working capital facilities (fund based and non-based), cash flow discounting/ lease rental discounting transactions etc.

- Our team has been involved in advising over 250 Infrastructure Projects amounting over USD 8 Billion and successfully handled fund raising of over USD 1.5 Billion in the past and continuing.

- We are looking to hire a Manager/Team Leader for our Advisory and Fund Raising Practice. The key engagement would be as under.

Experience - 2 to 4 years working for a Bank/ NBFC or an investment banks for funding of infrastructure projects, working capital tie up, financial modelling, on Credit Profile.

Qualification - CA or MBA (Finance)

Job Engagement

1. Financial Modeling - Financial Feasibility Assessment long term infra assets / PPP Projects across sectors like road, renewable energy, education, healthcare, mining, urban infra, desalination plants, STS etc.

2. Fund Raising - Green Field as well as Brown Field assets, Project Finance, Working Capital Finance, Structured Finance, Project Equity

3. Handling Team of CAs/MBAs - Credit Analysts / Team Members

4. Interacting with clients (Infrastructure / Real Estate Players) for understanding the proposal, ensuring data flow, preparation of Information Memorandums, Pitch Decks, ensuring proposal quality with support from TMs, managing and ensuring TAT, ensuring cash flow (invoicing and recovery)

5. Interacting with Banks / FIs / Funds; presenting and explaining proposal, coordination for getting and resolving queries, arranging meetings / site visits etc., ensuring requisite deliverables from various agencies appointed by lenders/ investors, coordination for getting term sheets / sanctions, facilitating negotiations between investor/lender and investee/borrower, ensuring release of funds, providing regular market updates to the senior managements with respect to financial products, guidelines, change in various laws etc.
