Current channels include native website (www.plushforher.com) and ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, BigBasket, Smytten, Purplle and across offline stores. About the Role We are looking for self-starter candidate, who can dive in the organization in its accelerated growth phase in the role of an E-Commerce Manager. A hustler who has a disciplined approach and having high sense of ownership & capacity to function independently. Key Responsibilities - Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights to update imagery and content on the website - Optimise strategies to achieve a high degree of sell-through on the native Plush website - Constantly work on bettering the user experience by treating the native Plush websites as a strong digital product - Responsible for meeting set revenue and volume targets - Strategize and execute performance marketing in addition to monitoring repeat, retention through a very-well thought-out funnel approach for the D2C website of the brand Apply if - Love seeing your daily sales numbers and rankings - Hands-on experience with understanding online advertising channels especially FB & Google to drive eCommerce traffic and sales - Thorough understanding of email marketing and SMS to drive conversions - Well-versed with FB Ad Manager/Google Analytics as platforms to derive actionable insights - Excited about high-paced, exponential growth environment - Enjoy thinking through strategic levers but also love drilling down to details - Experience having worked on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, BigBasket is a bonus - Prior experience having worked at a consumer brand is not a must but definitely preferred
