Product designers at Plum craft user experiences that simplify employee health insurances across purchase, administration, claims, access to healthcare and well-being. Roles and Responsibilities : - Conducting foundation research across various target customers of Plum and build a research repository of insights. - Conduct periodic usability testing to validate hypothesis and understand usability challenges. - Evangelise the research insights across product, design and business team to help them make more informed decisions. - 8-15 years experience of conducting qualitative research for digital products across mobile and web. - Should have a deeper understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods including but not limited to usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys. - Understand how tech, product and businesses work together to shipping releases. - Having a knowledge of design prototyping tools like Figma and Sketch will be a added advantage. - Should be excited about working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership in an early-stage setup.
