ABOUT THE ROLE : - The key to our success is largely dependent on an end to end implementation of our programs & processes. - The candidate needs to have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement cross-department program initiatives. - A strong quality to coordinate projects & multitasks across various stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities : - Develop a deep level of understanding and knowledge of the entire product, systems and processes - Work closely with the Product team and Customer Success to strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that are aligned with organisational objectives - Work with both internal and external stakeholders/partners - Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement - Oversee performance management reports, trackers & evaluations of data - Work with the cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives - Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives - Analyze and overcome program risks, produce program reports for management and stakeholders - Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle Experience & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business / Engineering or related field - 5+ years of experience in operations/program management roles - Experience in insurance or financial services operations will be added advantage - Previous track record of stakeholder management skills - Proven data analysis & report writing skills - Comfortable using modern tools like Intercom, Slack, Google Suite, Freshdesk - Prefer work experience in a startups
