About the role : - Having found exceptional product/market fit, we're in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to 'scale-up', and looking for a leader who can head our Customer Onboarding operations. - We are looking for passionate entrepreneurs, builders and straight up hustlers to help us build something special. Role & Responsibilities: - Drive Customer NPS score of 80 and above, and thus drive 100% customer retention - Drive the customer onboarding TAT from xx days to xx hours - Develop and implement processes on customer onboarding - Automate the onboarding process with the help of product/engineering teams - Develop a deep level of understanding and knowledge of the entire product, systems and processes - Hire, train and lead a team of Customer Onboarding Associates Role Requirements: - You have 8-10 years of operational experience, with atleast 2 of those years in a leadership role, preferably at a startup - You have previously built & managed a team of atleast 5 people - You understand the importance of customer success and you take pride in going over and beyond to help your customers - You have a strong communication skill, and you are passionate about helping people - You can think on the feet to come up with creative solutions for customer issues - You have a great command of English (both oral and written) - You are comfortable using modern tools like Intercom, Slack, Google Suite, Hubspot
