Business Development Manager

- You will transform companies by setting their HR departments in order. No doubt it's the plugHR delivery team that will run the last mile but well begun is half done, isn't it?

- Your job will revolve around CEOs, Directors and other CXO level folks, needless to say that you got to be confident, well groomed and comfortable in networking on the fly. You will acquire client relationships for plugHR in your markets and then scale them up through our high impact product bouquet.

- This is a high activity, field driven role apart from being process driven. You should be able to initiate, close and set delivery on wheels all in a day's job.

- Opportunity spotting, networking, lead generation, quick pitches and sales closing are all the skills you need to do a good job.

- A good closure track record and existing client portfolio can give you a headstart but we are not much stuck on experience.
