Job Title / Position: The Operations lead is multi-faceted role, and is responsible for the overall leadership of IndusFresh Operations, compliance and business goals of the company viz., product development, partner (grower-partner, vendor, co-packer etc) development, revenue growth, profitability, and cost-containment w.r.t a specific city/region. Direct Reporting to: Head Operations Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate degree in Operations from premier B-Schools Experience: Min. 7 to 8 years of FMCG, Packaged Foods, Agri products or F&V experience; A proven track record of at least 4 to 6 years in project management, vendor development and supply chain operations Roles & Responsibilities:: - Co-ordination with external partners and internal stake-holder groups viz., marketing, sales, finance, supply-chain etc to ensure smooth execution of the strategies Systems & Processes - Ensuring timely submission of complete, accurate and reliable reports / information from all levels in the region - Ensuring compliance of all guidelines in force from time to time, in all aspects of operations.
