Risk Analyst

We are looking to hire a Risk Analyst who needs to work with origination and execution teams to assess the viability of project financing and appropriate risk mitigation.

Job Responsibilities :

The focus of the resource is on identifying key risks along multiple dimensions and working with the management to mitigate those risks across all of Plovio's investment portfolio. The objective is to achieve sound risk management practices applied to high value assets portfolios by employing technical, analytical, inter-personal, and business skills to address project specific, departmental, and company-wide concerns.

Required Skills :

- Familiarity with high value assets sectors, including but not limited to proficiency in market analysis, cash flow analysis, asset valuation and the characteristics of various capital structures.

- Experience in financial structuring of high value investments

- Familiarity with risk systems, analytic tools and data modeling

- Also must have strong communication skills, since periodic presentations to the investors will be customary.

- A self-starter who is willing to take initiative and make suggestions while keeping team mates informed is welcome.

- Attention to detail, accuracy, strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are important characteristics.

Eligibility :

We are seeking an analytically-minded professional, preferably with 2 to 5 years of experience in identifying and managing various aspects of risk in real estate portfolios. A master's degree in finance or a related field is strongly preferred.
