Plobal Apps is a leading Mobile Commerce Platform for SMB's. Our platform enables e-commerce / online stores to create fully native mobile apps.

- Our Vision is to enable e-commerce stores increase sales and conversions using Mobile. Plobal Apps is seeking a VP of Sales to define and execute the sales strategy for the company.

- The VP of Sales will lead the entire sales team in acquiring all levels of customers from various channels (Inbound & Outbound). This is a high-profile customer-facing role requiring outstanding relationship management skills and technical acumen.

- You must thrive in a start-up environment and have a proven track record of defining a detailed sales strategy, running a result and metrics driven sales team, and expanding sales to new markets and platforms

- The VP of Sales must have prior experience / been part of a team in scaling high growth SaaS products for the SMB / E-Commece Industry with a focus on International Markets

Responsibilities & Duties :

- Develop and execute sales strategies for targeting customers having online stores in the e-commerce industry using platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce etc.

- Develop a thorough understanding of both Plobal Apps (i.e. products, value proposition etc) and of its partner platforms and identify key growth and penetration strategies

- Create effective processes, leveraging tools and resources to scale your businesses

- Responsible for the success of sales with respect to client acquisition, client satisfaction, revenue, retention etc

- Complete responsibility for scaling sales revenues and channels across various geographies in an efficient and timely manner

- Hire, coach and develop new sales team members. Be a mentor and leader for the entire team

- Define and continually refine success results and metrics for the sales and business development teams and lead them to accomplish company goals

- Create a working environment that cultivates teamwork, creativity, and success

- Identify and drive new initiatives to improve performance and efficiency of the department

- Align sales initiatives with marketing and product releases

- Collaborate and provide regular feedback to the Product team to accelerate features needed to enhance sales opportunities

- Collaborate and work closely with the Customer success teams to provide all customers with a great experience

- Lead the day to day operations of the team to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and scalability including building reporting and managing team metrics using CRMs such as Sales Force, Hubspot etc

Who you are :

- 4-5 years B2B software sales experience. SaaS experience is a must

- Minimum of 5+ Years- experience in managing sales teams

- Good knowledge of mobile apps and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Woo-Commerce, Magento etc

- Solid sales training skill and sales methodology

- Strong communication and reasoning skills

- High level of organization and multitasking

- Passion for client service and satisfaction

- Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented and extremely driven

- Complete understanding of the SaaS model and ecommerce space combined with strong business and sales acumen

- A high energy professional with a positive attitude and a deep desire to develop people and grow their careers in a supportive, yet accountable, work environment

- Sound understanding of internet technologies (shopping carts, email and online marketing tools, CRM etc) is a must
