Job Title : Senior Manager - Business Development - eCommerce
Location : Pune

Job Description :
We are looking for a Senior Manager Business Development eCommerce to be part of Plobal Apps. Only candidate's having prior experience in SaaS based solutions must apply for this position. Responsibilities :
- Experience in selling SaaS based solutions and successful record in the B2B selling environment. Knowledge of e-commerce domain would be an added advantage
- Responsible for end to end demand generation: creating, pitching, closing, tracking and reporting results of sales opportunities generated through various sources (outbound + inbound)
- Managing regular email campaigns across all integrated e-commerce platforms and web stores and optimize results based on key metrics to generate higher closures and revenues
- Strong ability to pitch C-Level Decision Makers, both in India and International Markets
- Desire to make 60-75+ calls each day and constantly build on a sales pipeline
- Identify, recruit and develop a large network of active channel partners, both in India and Internationally to grow sales and revenues exponentially
- Provide regular and timely feedback to the marketing, product and customer success team for increasing leads, product improvements and customer on-boarding and lifecycle management respectively.
- Prior experience in using sales CRMs to monitor & track daily activity
- Ability to meet and surpass monthly sales targets
- Optimize results to achieve & surpass targets
Experience :
- Any Graduate Degree
- Total 3+ years of sales experience. 1+ years of working experience in SaaS sales. Prior experience in E-Commerce Domain would be a plus
- Interested, rather excited to work with a startup and become an important catalyst for the growth of the company
- Comfortable and confident using technology as an integral part of the sales process
- Strong Communication skills and ability to influence decision makers
- Willingness to work for U.S timings (Night Shifts) - Compulsory
