About the role

Position: Content Writer (B2B SaaS - Mobile App Development)

Location: Pune

Compensation: Based on Experience up to 10 LPA

Timings : Must be able to work 3-4 hours in the eastern time zone to overlap with key stakeholders

Position Overview:

- Seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Content Writer to join our Marketing team.

- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content tailored for our target audience in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the latest marketing tools and trends, with a proven track record of leveraging AI tools to develop innovative campaigns that drive results. Additionally, they should be well-versed in conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and be highly data-centric.

What you will do:

- Develop creative and strategic content for various marketing channels including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, sales decks, and more.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, marketing tools, and technologies, particularly in the realm of AI and automation.

- Utilize AI tools and analytics to analyze data, optimize content performance, and drive continuous improvement.

- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize the effectiveness of content in driving desired actions from the audience.

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate fresh ideas and insights for content creation.

- Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style across all platforms.

- Monitor and respond to feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance content strategy.

Content Writer Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology industry.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and marketing automation platforms to streamline content creation and distribution.

- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and methodologies.

- Highly data-centric with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive content decisions.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for driving innovation in marketing.
