The sectors we cater to currently include: Real Estate, Hospitality, B2B, E-Commerce and Entertainment.  We are currently looking for a category head for our B2B division.  Position : Category Head - B2B Industry  Experience : 8-10 Years  Primary Responsibilities :   - Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide team towards achievement of sales objectives in the B2B Industry.  - Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.  - Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales team.  - Build and scale a Direct Sales team across India to reach out to clients (Manufacturers, Supplies, All other B2B sub industries etc)  - Holds responsibility for building and scaling a channel sales network and strategic partnerships comprising of large enterprises / solutions providers, advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, website development or any other company providing services to the B2B sector.  - Generate both personal sales and team revenues.   - Identify and qualify large accounts within the assigned regions through independent research, referrals, networking, cold calls and face to face meetings  - Build and grow relations with all businesses, Re-sellers and partners across India  - To plan, implement and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and grow sales year on year through all sources - Direct Sales / Channel Sales and Strategic Partnerships.  - Responsible for profitability for the category across India  - Maintain an awareness of competitor activities and developments and ensure that this information is collected and made available to the management team   - Regular Travel & Relocation to Pune will be required.  Skills & Experience Required :   - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Online / Internet Industry   - Management Experience is a must.   - Prior Experience in the industry is mandatory  - Excellent interpersonal skills including, team-working skills and good communication skills   - Strong presentation, analytical, negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills  - Self-starter able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload.   - Be tech savvy, with the understanding and ability to use the various facets of the Internet and mobile applications.  Additional :  - Prior Experience in scaling teams / departments / companies.  - IIM's and IIT's preferable.
