Responsibilities:

Preparation of Consolidated statement of accounts and Finalisation of Accounts financials of individual entities.

Preparation of yearly budgets and reviewing them on a quarterly basis

Comparing budget Vs actual on a monthly basis and analyzing the reasons for variance

Preparation of Monthly Financial and Non Financial MIS reports - Separately for all entities and business segments.

Preparation of Monthly sales and income as per revenue recognition concept

Projections for P&L, balance sheet - monthly forecasts and variance analysis reports.

Filing of VAT, TDS, and Service tax returns on monthly / quarterly / half yearly basis.

Payroll & Incentives

Handling Statutory audit for all the entities

Tracking collections through the daily collection report and approving the sales on a daily basis.

Preparation of cash flow and funds movement on a regular basis.

Requirements:

- Cleared all levels of Chartered Accountancy in First Attempt/MBA-finance from a Top B school
