REQUIREMENTS:

- Willing to work in Night Shifts

- People Management Experience. (Min 2 yrs)

- Excellent analysis skills

- Able to generate and Create reports as and when required.

- Proficient in Excel or any other format for reporting.

- SLA Management / Handled real time SLA for current org.

- Deft in Audit process & Inventory management.

- Follow up & Negotiation skills

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
