- We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Events & Community Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture our community.
- Engage with community members through various channels, including social media, forums, and direct communication.
- Organize and host community events to foster networking and collaboration among members.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling content for event promotions, community engagement, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and promotional campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze event and community engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on events and community initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and community management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
