About Us  Playnlive.com is an online sports and fitness discovery and booking platform. We are a start-up with the vision of making sports and fitness accessible to all. As sports enthusiasts ourselves, we discovered that the biggest pain point for anyone trying to pursue sports as a profession or as a recreational activity has been the inability to find the infrastructure, the same goes for fitness. Playnlive is trying to cater to this need by bringing all sports and fitness facilities within one single platform, so that they can be discovered and utilized.  Job description  - Plan, direct and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the company.  Reporting to: Head, Sales and Strategic Alliances  Key Responsibilities  - Generate sales for company in the region in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets  - Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region  - Provide merchants in the region with information about new or improved services in order to improve sales in the region  - Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets  - Develop account relationships and close sales quickly  - Handling an aggressive work schedule of daily sales contacts - ability to prioritize and organize work is critical.  Essential Criteria  - 0-2 years of sales experience  - UG/PG in any subject  - Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes  Key Skills:  - Strong selling skills  - Good communication skills in English and regional language  - Commitment to achieving the sales targets  - Problem solver especially in crisis situations  - Good managerial skills  - Achievement orientation
