Responsibilities: - Driving & Leading the entire accounting & finance function for the Indian entity and US parent - Accounting and Compliances - Responsible for day to day accounting function of Indian entity and US parent. - Responsible for monthly/yearly book closing. - Liaison with the Statutory auditor of the Company. - Responsible for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc. - Billing & collections process. - Contract & vendor management. - Ensure adequate controls are in place. - Responsible for US compliances of the parent company.
