The acquisition team builds new joinier journeys to increase conversion rates. These journeys typically start from new creatives and then new landing pages and post registration optimizations. This also includes building higher conversion paths and cross device adoption for our multi-channel products. The team also works on building new promotions and offers to drive higher paid conversions. All these journeys are built upon an intersection of creative thinking and data-driven decision making. If you think about data and consumer psychology while thinking about new product features or creative solutions to increase conversion rates, then RummyCircle is the right place for you. Marketing Manager Product (MMP), will report to the marketing director and will work on new product ideas, new features, and requirements across marketing acquisition team. These requirements- will range from:   a) New journeys related to growth in new user acquisitions  b) Creatively improving the landing page conversions  c) Creatively improving the post sign-up trials and conversions  d) Working on 3rd Party Integrations  - The list above is just indicative.  MMP will write product requirement documents (PRRs) based on business objectives; present challenges faced and new ideas. The PRRs will be based on:   a) Thorough data analysis   b) Detailed discussions on potential ROI with acquisition team members.   Key Roles and Responsibilities:  - MMP will come up with creative ideas to improve new user journey to improve conversions.   - MMP will convert these creative ideas into high level scope documents - Product Requirement Documents.   - MMP will interface with Product team for getting such PRRs prioritized.   - MMP will justify the ROI based on present data or 3rd party references or by running ad-hoc experiments / POCs to show the worth of new features and ideas before prioritization.   - MMP will coordinate with the product team, design team, internal QA team and internal marketing acquisition stakeholders end to end for delivering new product features.   - MMP will work with analytics team to prepare the reporting framework and work with BI team to get the reporting testing done.   - MMP will ensure that a UAT sign-off is done from tracking and feature completeness perspective.  - MMP will work with Marketing Director and Analytics team to lay down the A/B testing structure, instrumentation, and final execution and then work with analytics manager for completing the analysis and presenting the outcomes, and most importantly lessons learned and future action items thereof   - MMP will build project plans and coordinate with campaign managers, QA, and Brand Team for successfully launching new features developed by technology team.  - MMP will ensure that the campaigns are scoped well, detailed timelines are drawn, and follow-ups are done to get the delivery done on time.  Ideal Candidate:  - Ideal candidate will come with engineering background - BE / B-Tech / BSc IT  - 1 year of experience in product management.  - 1 year of experience in project management.  - Should have the ability to work with data and come up with new requirements   - Should be able to think about creative solutions to existing problems
