The role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees & managers & leaders in designated business units and will cover all aspects of HRBP and will support Talent Management initiatives with an aim to provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to Managers and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. HR Partnering Role: 1. Partner with the Leadership team in assigned business units team to project manage organizational and procedural changes within the business area 2. Support Leaders, Managers, and team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. 3. Forming strong relationships with the leadership, managers, and team to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment. 4. Experience with performance management procedures 5. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). Talent Management Role: 1. Lead the work to regularly review within the business areas, talent management practices including performance/potential management, resource planning and succession planning and align with leaders 2. Identifies training needs for business units and implementing learning and development programs 3. Partner with HR Leads to design and execute relevant interventions Employee Engagement: 1. Drive and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement initiatives in relevant business areas. 2. Works closely with leaders, managers, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. 3. To deliver and report on the employee pulse check survey and to ensure feedback from employees is collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee engagement. The role requires a versatile, diverse, and experienced HR generalist with competencies as listed below: Competencies: Personal Drive- Will be able to demonstrate being self-directed, resourceful, and creative; Able to manage own time and work autonomously; Able to work on own initiative with drive and enthusiasm. Communication- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
