1. P&L Management a) Owning end to end profit and loss for both Space and Customer Journey Monetization business in the region b) Identifying ways to improve the revenue across all VAS verticals c) Controlling end-to-end operations and costs across all the cost heads - optimizing efficiency and operations 2. People Management/Interaction: a) Interaction with cross-functional teams - Business Development Managers, Hub Managers, Community managers. b) Working with the F&B region lead and the execution support 3. Vendor Management: a) Managing end-to-end vendors - Sourcing, commercial negotiations, performance management, etc. 4. Stakeholder Management: a) Engaging with different stakeholders - vendors, property owners, local and central cross-functional teams to deliver the best output b) Should have excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment. Required Skills: - 4-6 years of relevant experience in start-up/ category management/ P&L ownership and exposure to operations - Ability to lead people - Experience in early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage - Prior experience in managing cross-functional team
