JD Platform Merchandising (Events & Design) Role Description : - Provide leadership, direction and mentorship for a team & Lead a team of creative designers and copy writers with holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platform & devices - Manage entire creative execution &amp; content management process for the funnel - Responsible to plan, ideate and conceptualize promotional, strategic &amp; tactical events for the platform&nbsp; - Drive end to end promotional events like Independence day/Republic day/Diwali/Big Billions of days etc&nbsp; - Building Communication plan, creative &amp; execution plan along with key stakeholders&nbsp; - Define &amp; follow best practices for the platform in terms of brand guidelines/colors/wireframe etc closely working with platform, product &amp; brand marketing team&nbsp; - Design the merchandising calendar &amp; collaborate across sell/marketing team and ensure timely tactical execution on daily basis - Partner with internal and external stakeholders &amp; communicate regularly on project timelines/events analysis&nbsp; - Optimize, track &amp; monitor key analytical metrics to foresee trends &amp; integrate analysis into cohesive platforms&nbsp; &nbsp;Competencies :&nbsp; - Graduate/MBA Min 3 -7 Experience in managing small or big teams&nbsp; - Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where there is high ambiguity &amp; progress exit&nbsp; - Strong communication, prioritization, planning &amp; multi-taskers Strong in ownership &amp; drive.&nbsp; - A self-starter and able to keep team motivated under high pressure and able to meet all said deadlines&nbsp; - Strong in collaboration &amp; project management skills&nbsp; - Able to negotiate and take strong decision on processes
