Job Description :

- Head Product Design for Multiple Platforms as a Platform Head for a Global OEM

- An opportunity to work in a Leadership Role with a multi-billion Global MNC

- Our client is a multi-billion Global MNC with its presence in more than 40+ countries worldwide with dedicated manufacturing and R&D Centres in India

Description :

- Lead the Product Development & Engineering Function for multiple vehicles under the OEM

- Leading & Building Engineering Teams with a focus on Design Engineering & Development in Mechanical Engineering specifically Body in White, Sheet-metal, Body Designs, Plastic & Other Vehicle Integration Aspects

- Work in Tandem with Product Development & Engineering Teams across other Global Locations

Profile :

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering with 20+ Years of Overall Experience with experience in Leadership & People Management in a global & matrix environment

- MNC OEM Experience is a must

- Experienced hands-on leader with proven results in making decisions, responsible risk taking, executing decisions and accounting for results
