Annual planning and budgeting and providing final approvals for entire supply chain and procurement team.  3. Overseeing overall indirect Procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings.  4. Handling stores operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production & distribution process.  5.
