Plant/Site HR Head - Pharmaceutical

We have an urgent job opportunity with a leading Pharmaceutical industry based Malanpur near to Gwalior.

Role: Plant/Site HR Head

Experience: 14-15 years (flexible); More than experience what matters is the role and the skillset.

Education: MBA: HR/IR (full time)/MSW (mandatory)

Key skills set required :

- Must have handled multiple HR roles within plant in his/her entire career i.e. HR, IR, ER, Labor issues, employee management, L&D etc

- Sr. Leadership level maturity, confidence, and good communication.

- Manage Site interest in alignment with corporate/company interest

- Strong understanding as well the experience of handling disciplinary actions, accidents, adverse situations, wages/payroll, contract management etc.
