Plant Quality Manager - FMCG

Our client is a Scottish brand in the luxury spirits segment. Known for their innovative products and marketing, they're market leaders globally. They are looking at recruiting a Plant Quality Manager, based out of their plant in UP.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and driving all aspects of quality at the plant level for the organisation

- Leading inventory management and outbound logistics additionally at the plant

- Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure smooth running of operations

- Monitoring existing practices at the plant and conducting regular audits

You will have around 8 to 12 years of experience in quality control. Prior experience in the foods industry is an add-on. 

The client is looking for someone who is a self-starter, has good strength of character and has the ability of liaising extensively with senior stakeholders.

In addition to an attractive compensation, you will have the opportunity to lead quality function for India business.
