Role & Responsibility

1. Area Specific Exposures:

2. Defining and establishment of receiving inspection standards for metallic, plastic and rubber components.

3. Defining and establishment of process/ product inspection standards.

4. Establishment of laboratory functions, calibration and testing.

5. Developing & implementing Policies, Guidelines, Quality Management System and Environmental Management System to establish & maintain high quality standards in plant.

6. Planning & conducting business excellence audit and reporting non Compliances with improvement recommendation.

7. Leading role in Quality initiatives for fruitful desired result completion.

8. Vendor development and improvement.

9. Handling customer interface (Customers meeting related to development and fixing the quality standards.

10. Customer complaints handling (Analysis, action report to customer).

11. PPAP submission to customer.

12. Trials of product at customer end & improvement accordingly.

13. Regular activity analysis & control of non-conformity.

14. Training & up-gradations of engineers & Inspectors. 2. Functional competencies:
