Plant Quality Assurance Manager - FMCG

I have a career opportunity for you based in Daman with one of my leading FMCG client for the role of Plant Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Continuous Improvement of the factory - reduce scrap, rejections, etc.

- Build KPIs for Quality objectives such as amount of scrap, number of rejections, efficiency of machine, etc.

- Build quality system of the plant close to ISO within 2-3 years

- Works closely with Plant Head & RDQ Head to drive organization-wide quality interventions

- Handle Plant Quality Escalations

- Interact with suppliers and Vendors for feedback

- Set quality standards with third party manufacturers

- Investigate claims with Commercial team

- Collate Inputs from Marketing & Sales to understand quality issues on field

- Develop and drive new quality initiatives
