Plant Operation Manager, Pune

Wonderful opportunity as Operation Manager-Plant for leading Mfg USA MNC (Greenfield/New Setup) at Pune, candidate must have strong educational background, over 8 years work experience in a manufacturing organization. Greenfield/New Setup (MNC) experience at Maharashtra region will be preferable candidate.

Responsibilities-

- Manage production operations, plant-level operational improvement projects, and plant-level continuous improvement efforts for production. Achieve cost, quality, asset effectiveness, inventory, safety, service, and growth targets.

- Manufacturing and Operation management

- Process Control and Change Management, Building effective teams,

- Provide supervision to section supervisors, team leaders, technicians and engineers,
Including effective management of key resources and overall talent management objectives.
Leadership skills, Drive for results, Act with Integrity and Authenticity,
