Plant Manager - Technical - Beverages/Dairy/Juices Manufacturing

We have an opportunity for the position of Plant Manager - Technical Department for one of our Leading client in Beverages Manufacturing Industry.

Location : Sitarganj - Uttarakhand (Anyone near by locations ready to relocate)

Candidate Should Have :

1. Strong exposure in Beverage/Dairy/PT Bottled/Tetra Pack/ Juices Mfg Operations

2. Sound in QA, Logistics, Purchase, Technical, PET, HR, Accounts, Legal, Taxation, IT etc..

3. Strong ti Team Handling - Direct Reportees

4. Entire manufacturing Operations

Experience : 7-16 Years

Functional Reporting to - Head Technical

Qualification : Graduate Engineer / BE - Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical & Electronics (preferred)

Job Purpose - To handle complete Plant operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchase & Finance Functions.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand and to meet the Budgeted volume.

2. Responsible for Delivering Quality product in the Market place.

3. Responsible for overall plant cost & Profitability.

4. Responsible for implementing systems & processes.

5. Responsible for Key Performance Indicators for the plant

6. To maintain a cohesive & harmonious relationship in the plant team.

7. To Maintain and follow the inventory norms for RM/PM, Engineering & Finished goods.

8. To handle new Projects in the plant.

9. Responsible for the Safety of Employees & Assets of the organization.

10. Develop skill level of the plant employees and supporting them to achieve their targets.
