No. of Reportees to this position: 25 +

Job Objective

- Manage and undertake the operational activity of Sewage Treatment Plant

Key deliverables

- Monitoring the functioning of STP.

- Optimize the operation.

- Develop the skills of people working.

- Safety of the people working at plant.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Liaison activity with various agencies.

2. Dealing with vendors, contactors and labors for smooth operation.

3. Arranging meeting with team members and taking review of day to day activity.

4. Motivating and boosting team members and staff.

5. Organize and coordinate the work.

6. Deploying people on job with proper safety.

7. Conclude the given task within the given time frame.

8. Providing healthy working environment.

9. Maintaining the required stock of material for smooth operation of the plants.

Desired Qualifications -

- Engineering in any discipline Environment, Chemical, Bio Technology, Production, Mechanical Electrical

- Experience - Minimum 4 to 5 Yrs with 3 yrs as plant incharge.

- As in-charge or Manager for O & M of Min 20 MGD STP-Sewage Treatment Plant

- Knowledge of process & operations of STP-Sewage Treatment Plant is a MUST
