Plant Manager/Production Manager - Dairy & Yoghurt

Our client, a 100% Zambian owned, mid sized family business into the manufacturing and distribution of Baking Products, Ice-creams and Yoghurt for the last 30 years is looking for a passionate, self driven Plant / Production Manager to head the Yoghurt and Ice-cream plant.

If you are a Mechanical Engineer with about 7 to 15 years of experience out of which at least 5 to 10 years in Dairy processing industry, working in a leadership role in a plant with a good understanding of linkages of various activities like production planning, inventory, procurement, production, maintenance and quality etc, we are looking for you.
