Overseeing all aspects of Plant Manufacturing, Maintenance, Capacity expansion projects, Process & Cost Improvements. Responsible for plant production & GMP goals. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. Drive quality & compliance culture. B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier Engineering College/MBA from Premiere B School with 12+ years of experience; with minimum 3-5 years of plant experience Must have worked in a Plant environment and understand the dynamics Responsibilities: - Responsible for the manufacturing operations at Baddi - Experience in Plant Mfg, Project Management, Cost Improvement Projects etc - Safety, Quality and Compliance of the Plant - Working with Govt Agencies, ER-IR, Govt Affairs, External Regulatory Environment - Ability to manage the delivery and also create a value agenda for the plant - Provide leadership direction to all functions - Manage Employee Engagement for all people at the plant
