The company serves the group extensively in ensuring the economic growth of not only the group as a whole but also the entities associated leading to an overall development of the nation.  Position- Plant Manager  Location – Mathura/Baxur/Chhata (UP)  Production Planning and Execution  - Responsible for complete plant operation and ensure plant functioning with its full capacity and minimum shut down / breakdown  - Accountable for strategic planning to achieve production & profitability and implement measures to ensure smooth operations and achieve consistent performance of the plant  - Key role in effective project planning and conceptualizing measures for enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing resource utilization  - Conducting daily meetings to review performance of plant  - Suggesting remedial measures / actions during break-down & technical issues  - Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule  Process, Policies & Audit   - Create an internal audit culture in the organization   - Drive the entire team in creating SOPs for all existing and new projects  - Look for continuous improvement and drive and build 5S culture in the overall organization  - Regularly monitors the performance of various departments, levels by building strong MIS reporting structure  - Responsible for monitoring the actual vs budget, analyzing and taking corrective action and ensuring maximum achievements of budget across the organization by defining key success indicators/factors  - Reporting the daily progress to the higher management through MIS  Material & Manpower Management  - Ensure the proper arrangement of material, manpower and equipments needed at the site  - Keep a track of the material available in stocks and over see the procurement of the required material  Plant Maintenance  - Responsible for breakdown maintenance and reduction in downtime of machines  - Ensures that the preventive maintenance is strictly adhered for zero breakdown/failure of machineries during the work   - Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and assisting maintenance team during shutdown  - Suggesting remedial measures / actions during break-downs, technical issues  Quality & Safety  - Work closely with the quality and safety team and ensure consistent standards are maintained in the product quality and plant safety  - Health, Safety and environmental management  - Suggesting remedial measures / actions during break-downs, technical issues  MIS & Reports   - Responsible to oversee the preparation and submission of following reports:  - Daily Production Report  - Shift-wise Production Report  - Breakdown Maintenance Report  - Quality Report  - Any other report as per need or required by management  Team Management  - Periodically review plant workers work procedure and revise it as necessary, to ensure that it accurately reflects current operating conditions  - Guide, mentor and empower the team to take on important responsibilities and actions  - Ensure efficient manpower planning and training in order to reduce cost as well as losses on account of wastage, Rejections etc.  - Identify specific training needs to improve efficiency, quality and safety  - Work closely with the HR team and the management to review the existing team performance on a regular basis as well as in identifying and recruiting new hires  - Regularly conduct training / awareness / motivational program of all the employees
