Plant Manager - FMCG (Female)

- The incumbent should be a full time Engineering Graduate or Equivalent with experience in Plant Management including Manufacturing, Project Management, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Plant Maintenance, Asset Management and People Management experience in a Food / Beverages/Process Company

KRA's :

- Responsible for Plant Management including Compliances with Government departments.

- Lead the factory and team to meet the SCM commitment in the most competitive manner in terms of cost, Quality, productivity and delivery

- Ensuring all assets (fleet and plant) are maintained to meet supply chain demands.

- Ensuring all product quality customer service and plant cost targets are met.

- Responsible implementing capex proposals and negotiating best rates for scrap disposal.
