Plant Manager

We are Urgently looking for Plant Manager for a leading manufacturer of "Aluminum die casting" for Automotive Industry.

Please find below relevant details regarding job opening:-

1) Position: Plant head

2) Grade : DGM

3) Reporting to : SBU head

4) Location: Manesar.

5) Qualification: Must be a graduate Engineer ( Mechanical/ Electrical/ Metallurgy)

6) Exposure: Minimum 18 years in aluminium high pressure die casting industry (people from other foundry industries not required).

7) Job Description:-

A) Must have handled P&L responsibility of the plant.

B)) Exposure to unionised atmosphere must.

C) Hands on experience on operations of range of HPDC facilities with 450 tonnes to 250 tonee capacity machines of different make.

D) Fully conversant with OEE of plant.

E) Excellent team management and participating capacity.

F) Ability to interface with Customers at various levels.

G) Good knowledge of two / three/ four wheeler auto components especially engine/ transmission parts ( High pressure die cast)

8)- Salary:- Rs.20-30 Lakhs/Annum.
