- Should posses skills in the area of: Retention management, Succession Planning, Induction, Compensation & Benefits, Employee engagement, Merit Salary Increase, Budgeting and Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, implement HR policies and processes, Leadership and Capability Building.
- Preferred from Engineering / Manufacturing companies background.
