Job Responsibilities:-

- Aspirant should be independently handling entire Employee Life Cycle for Business Units.

- Should be HR Generalist

- Should posses skills in the area of: Retention management, Succession Planning, Induction, Compensation & Benefits, Employee engagement, Merit Salary Increase, Budgeting and Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, implement HR policies and processes, Leadership and Capability Building.

- Preferred from Engineering / Manufacturing companies background.

Female aspirants preferred.

Education:

Should be a full time MBA -HR / PG in HR from reputed institute.
