Years of Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in Experience in Human Resources and Field/Plant Experience

- Deep knowledge of human resource management and labour laws

- Past or current experience in handling union / IR situation

- Excellent networking and liaison with government agencies

- Knowledge of local language

Reporting : Director HR.

Premiere Institute (SIBM, XLRI, TISS) candidates preferred.
